2) Options
One of our Thule experts will review your vehicle details and offer different rack options at various price points.
3) Order
From there, we'll discuss how we can get the most of your rack system and order the parts we don't have in stock. They typically arrive in 2-3 business days.
4) Install It
One of our Thule experts will give you a call to schedule your installation. They’ll make sure everything is mounted correctly and walk you through all the features — including how to load and unload your gear, secure it safely, and lock your rack.

Do I need to schedule an appointment?
Answer: We do accept walk-ins but to ensure prompt service we recommend scheduling your rack installation.
What brand racks do you sell?
Answer: We are an authorized Thule dealer.
Can you repair my old rack?
Answer: We often can order replacement parts for older racks. But would advise you to send the original receipt with details to see what's available before you come in-store.
I bought a rack online. Can you fit them?
Answer: Yes, we can fit your Thule rack you purchased online. We do charge a fee for assembly and require an appointment.
What's the average turn-around time for Thule rack installation?
Answer: This can vary based on the type of rack, the vehicle, and weather. We can give you a more accurate estimate once we understand your rack and vehicle.
Are walk-ins welcome? Or do I need to schedule my service?
Answer: Yes, walk-ins are welcome but we recommend scheduling an appointment with our contact form above.
When is payment due?
Answer: We ask for a 50% deposit when special ordering racks from Thule. The balance to be paid upon delivery.
