First Chair Syrup
In ski towns, catching first chair is a deeply rooted tradition within mountain culture. Locals wake early, then race to the mountain to claim the first chair to the summit to lay first tracks in the untouched snow.
At the breakfast table, grabbing First Chair means you’ve earned dibs on the syrup bottle. For us, First Chair and fresh Vermont maple syrup are what makes life in the mountains so sweet.
Enjoy!
