Here's How We Do It
1) LISTEN
We want to know about your concerns, learn about your skiing or snowboarding habits, and understand your goals. That way, we can provide exactly what you need to get the most out of your equipment.
2) Boot Fit analysis
One of our BootDocs® will put you on our podoscope to analyze your feet. We will discuss your skiing/riding preferences and help determine the best options for your feet. They’ll describe what they’re noticing and address any concerns.
3) Recommend
From there, we'll discuss how we can get your old boots fitting as best as we can and if you're considering new boots we'll bring out a few different options for you to compare.
4) Fit It
Once we narrow it down to the best boot and determine any pressure points we may need to custom fit we will heat up the boot's Custom Liner and Shell (if available). We can also heat mold custom foot bits to improve your performance, fit, and comfort.
