Umpqua BLACK GNAT

The BLACK GNAT is of English origin and is actually a terrestrial imitation. We have all been on the water when huge clouds of gnats are present. This dark pattern becomes very visible to the angler in low-light conditions. Try dry dropper under these circumstance or anytime dark mayflies are present.
