Our honey bees produce the highest quality, raw honey infused with the flavor of the Green Mountains. Our bees gather pollen from the same fields that grow our sugar maples, wildflowers, and clover. We extract and package the honey in its natural state so it naturally crystallizes, retaining its delicate floral flavor and nutrients.

*Raw honey has not been heated or filtered which means it may thicken over time. This is natural! You can still enjoy it crystallized or you can place the jar in warm water to return it to a more liquid form.
