The Truth
Let’s face it—we all play hard. And the gear we play on is bound to take some knocks along the way. Most manufacturers understand this and stand behind their products with a warranty against defects and poor workmanship.
That said, there’s an important difference between normal use, accidental damage, and true defects. If you’re unsure whether your item may qualify for coverage through a manufacturer’s warranty or repair program, here’s our step-by-step process to help guide you.
Warranty & Repairs Claim Process
Step 1: Check if your issue is covered
Some situations are NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY, including:
- Normal wear and tear – chipped topsheets from crossing skis, sun fading, chipped paint on buckles, handlebars, frames, etc.
- Impact damage – from hitting rails, boxes, rocks, stumps, trees, or other obstacles.
- Improper care/rough handling – such as jamming ski tips/tails into the ground, dragging gear on concrete walkways, or items flying off roof racks.
- Lost parts or accessories – items that go missing after delivery (hardware, bolts, etc.).
- Items outside of the Manufacturer's Warranty Period.
- Items without a proof of purchase.
- Items purchased used, as a demo, or second hand.
Step 2: Submit a Warranty Form
Fill out our Warranty Submission Form below.
If you’re unsure whether your issue qualifies, give us a call—we’re happy to help.
Please note: Warranty claims can take some time, but most are resolved quickly. Claims are processed in the order they are received.
Step 3: We’ll Contact You
Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll follow up with instructions. Every manufacturer has a slightly different process, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
⚠️ Important: Return shipping for warranty claims is the buyer’s responsibility. Repairs or replacements are not guaranteed—final decisions are made by the manufacturer.
