Our Shipping Policy
Rates
We partner with UPS, FedEx, and USPS to provide accurate shipping and handling costs. Shipping & handling rates will be calculated at checkout.
Oversized items
Heavier items such as skis, snowboards, boots, bindings, bikes, racks, etc. may inquire a surcharge. We DO NOT ship paddle boards or kayaks.
When will my order ship?
All Orders typically ship within 48 hours once the order has been placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once the order has shipped from the warehouse. Please note that we do our absolute best to ship your order as soon as possible, but during busy sale periods high order volume may slow us down. During these periods the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated delivery dates seen in checkout.
Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
In our attempt to process and ship your order as fast as possible, orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they are placed. We want to get people out on the mountain with their new gear as quickly as possible, so we begin processing orders as soon as they are received. Unfortunately, this means we are often unable to cancel or modify an order once it has entered the system. Please call us during business hours at 802-422-9050 to see if your order has not yet shipped.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship online orders only to locations inside the United States. If you are interested in purchasing product outside of the US, please visit your local dealer. We cannot ship orders to a freight forwarding company.
*Note: Sorry, we cannot ship to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Out of Stock Items:
If an item ordered becomes out of stock, you will receive an email detailing the item in question. You will not be charged for the item.
