Our Returns Policy
new items
New items may be returned within 14-days of purchase for a full refund. Items returned after 14-days are eligible for a store credit pending manager review.
Merchandise must be in new and unused condition in the original packaging with all accessories / inserts included and the original tags attached. All products are subject to inspection.
items that are ineligible for return:
• Items marked as “Final Sale” (as noted on our online product detail page or the point of sale)
• Used / Demo Equipment
• Gift Cards and Electronic Gift Cards
• Spare parts

Used Items
Unfortunately, items that have been used or items that no longer have their original tags attached are not eligible for return. If you're not sure if your item is eligible for a return please fill out the contact form below.
Exchange Policy
Online Orders
We are not able to accommodate exchanges. You may return your item(s) for a full refund and place a new order. This return must take place within our normal 14-day return window. Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive your return.
In-Store Purchases
Merchandise purchased at our First Stop Board Barn retail store can be exchanged within 14-days of purchase. Please present your original receipt to help us process the exchange quickly.
Price Adjustment Policy
If your item goes on sale post purchase, we are unable to price adjust or price match the difference between the original purchase price and sale price of your item. If your product is unused, you may return product for a full refund within 14-days of the purchase date.
Request A returns label
If you saved the packaging we originally sent the item in please email us, and we’ll send you a return shipping label.
*The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including both the original and return shipment.
Print your label
You can print your shipping label on a piece of paper* or with a label printer and attach it to your package.
*If you print it on regular paper, please secure it firmly with clear packing tape. Make sure the entire label is covered to protect it from water or smudging.
Box it up
If possible, please reuse the original box and packing materials we used to ship your item.
* If you no longer have the original box, you’ll need to measure and weigh your own box, then print and attach your own shipping label.
If the original shipping packaging is damaged beyond use, please source replacement shipping packaging (corrugated box or paper mailer).
*DO NOT ship products in their retail/primary packaging (glassine paper/poly bag, branded box, paper sleeve, etc). This will result in damaged goods and disqualify the return.
Drop it off
Drop this item off at your preferred shipping partner: UPS, FedEx, USPS.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long does it take to process a refund?
Answer: Once we have received your order we will inspect the product(s) for damage and once approved issue a refund. Once we issued a refund however the credit card processing company can take up to 72 business hours to be reflected on your account.
