With our Premium Ski & Snowboard Rental Delivery Service, you can place your order for ski & snowboard equipment rentals before you arrive. Once you've made an online reservation we'll deliver the equipment and do a safe, professional, custom fitting in your hotel room, condo or vacation home. Wherever you're staying in Vermont, we bring our premier Vermont Ski Rental Delivery team to you.

Of course, while we hope you can provide us with an accurate size in your reservation we always pack extra boots in case you need to size up or down.

What if there is a problem with the equipment during my rental?
We're conveniently located 1 mile east of the Killington Skyeship Gondola. Simply give us a call at 802-422-9050, let us know what's not quite right, stop by and we'll get you back out on the mountain in no time. Boots feel a bit off? No problem, we have a variety of other options in-store. Is your equipment too long or too short? We've got plenty of other skis and snowboards in-store.

Can I switch from skiing to snowboarding or vice versa during my rental?
You may switch your equipment in-store at no additional charge if supplies are available. Please call 802-422-9050 to check availability.

2-Day minimum rental period, for 1-day rentals we suggest you stop by our store.

What is your cancellation policy?
First Stop Board Barn has a simple 24-hour cancellation policy! You may cancel any time before your scheduled delivery. The only reason we believe you will cancel is if there is an emergency or you are having travel issues. Cancellations made within 24-hours will owe a 50% cancellation fee.

When do you charge the credit card?
We charge the credit card at the time of the delivery. During the booking process, your credit card is used to hold your reservation only.

The delivery fee is included with your rental package, there is no additional delivery service fees added.

For sure! Most equipment will be available to purchase after March 1st. You may also visit our website to view the equipment we have for sale.

Of course you can! A Gear Expert will call you within 24-hours of your reservation to confirm your booking and also ask if you might need any other items for your group. These items can be paid for at the time of delivery.
Can I rent snow pants and/or a jacket with my rental?
First Stop Board Barn has a limited selection of ski/snowboard specific pants and jackets available for rental as well, please make sure to make a note of the sizes you'll need in your online reservation.
