Nordica Santa Ana 93 Skis Flat 2018
The mystical twin sister to the beloved Nordica Enforcer 93, the Nordica Santa Ana 93 Skis get a bit of a makeover for 2018. Boasting a gorgeous new topsheet, they've also been upgraded with two sheets of Titanal for extra dampness and new level of stability. Even with the added metal, the enduring lightness of these skis was not lost thanks to a new hybrid balsa woodcore. A tester favorite and true all-mountain workhorse, the Santa Ana 93 Skis are the ideal setup for confident ladies who enjoy skiing hard no matter what the mountains send their way.
All Mountain camRock - Santa Ana – All Mountain camRock! Technology pulls the traditional contact point of the tip back about 25% and the tail 5%, creating slight tip and tail rocker to aid the camber under foot. The result - increased floatation, velocity and maneuverability in soft snow as well as significantly increased ease of turn initiation in any condition.
Hammerhead Nose – Low, broad tip shape that maximizes on edge snow contact while reducing unstable tip vibration.
Poplar / Beech / Balsa I-Core
Energy 2 Ti Balsa Core – New to the Santa Ana and Enforcer collection this season. Built off the Energy 2 Titanium construction, modified using a super lightweight balsa wood core. With this construction you get the high performance feel of metal with the lightweight advantage of the balsa core.
Poliamide Top Foil
Titanal® – 0.4 mm Titanal® laminates above and below the core.
Carbon Prepreg "LW" Laminates – Two sheets of carbon over the edges for stability and edge grip.
Sintered Graphite Running Base
We recommend a brake width equal to or at most 15 mm wider than the ski waist width.
